Finally made it to Ido Bar & Grill for Lobster Fest after hearing so many good things, and now I understand the hype! We had reservations and arrived to a fully set table waiting for us. There was a small hiccup with drinks taking a while to reach the table, but the manager noticed and immediately stepped in. The food was outstanding. We shared the Lobster Stuffed Mushrooms, and I ordered a lobster tail with a cup of Lobster Bisque. The bisque was rich, creamy, buttery and legitimately LOADED with large chunks of lobster. One of the best I've had. My lobster tail was huge, tender and perfectly cooked, with none of the rubbery texture you sometimes get. Even better, the melted butter comes to the table kept warm over a candle. 🕯️🧈 Others at our table had the Lobster & Steak Alfredo, which came loaded with big pieces of lobster and beautifully seared steak. I attempted to sample said steak, but my girlfriend apparently considered it a protected resource. 😂 Lobster Fest genuinely felt like a little coastal seafood experience in the middle of Akron. Great first visit to Ido, and definitely not my last. I'm already looking forward to trying their regular menu and other seasonal spec

We saw the posts on Facebook about lobster fest and gave it a try tonight. It was delicious and worth the drive since we love at the edge of summit county closer to Cuyahoga county. Mandi was a wonderful server especially because the place was so busy. The next Lobster fest is at the end of October and we will be back!

Lobsterfest is happening now. The Lobster bisque had a significant amount of Lobster and was super tasty. Both my husband and I ordered the ranch burger. It was perfectly cooked.

This place is an icon. They are charging 26.99 for Swiss steak that comes with a side of instant mash potatoes and canned green beans! The salad was disappointing. Thank goodness the mozzarella sticks were awesome.

I have an outstanding experience at the Ido everytime I go, and what truly sets it apart from other places is the exceptional service! From the moment we walk in, the staff make us feel genuinely welcome—friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional without being overbearing. Our requested server Amanda is knowledgeable about the menu, offers great recommendations, and checks in at just the right moments to make sure everything is perfect. Drinks always arrive quickly, the food is served hot and exactly as ordered, and every interaction felt personal and sincere. Everything I order is absolutely delicious! Definitely A Firestone Park staple!!
